摘要
研制一种Al-Si系多元铸造铝合金,不用热处理(固溶处理+时效)强化,而用最佳成分(六个组元)配合。充分发挥合金元素之间的协同效应,相互加强,取长补短作用。再用细化晶粒、变质处理等方法,使其抗拉强度≥300MPa,延伸率δ≥2%。
In this paper ,a kind of new method for preparation Al-Si multi-component alloy has been reported.Compared with the traditional heat treatment method,the combination of six kinds of compositions has been applied.The effect between different components has been researched carefully.After using some methods such as modification and grain refinement to ameliorate the properties of the alloy,both the tensile strength and the extensibility were improved obvipusly.
