摘要 北仑发电厂通过对600 MW燃煤锅炉煤油混烧阶段投运电除尘器的不利影响和可行性进行分析,经现场试验和实际应用,实现了锅炉投煤粉后电除尘器的全程投运,大幅度地减少了烟尘排放量。 According to the manual provided by ESP manufactory for Beilun Thermal Power plant, it is forbidden to put ESP into operationWhen The oil guns are in operation during the start-up, shutdown and low load operation period of boiler. Consequently the fly ash and dusthad to be directly discharged to the atmosphere, so bringing about some negative influence on the environment. Beilun Power Plant analyzedthe negative influence and feasibility of operating ESP in the stage of coal-oil mixing firing in the 600 MW coal-fired boiler. Through the onsite tests and practical application, Beilun Power Plant has realized the whole process operation of ESP after the boiler starts to fire pul-verized coal, with the fly ash and dust reduced substantially.
