The president is the core of the decision-making circle of the university, exerting a major influence upon the development and innovation of the university. The presidency is a combination of power, prominence and reputation. Apart from the administrative authority that he is entrusted for the fulfillment of his responsibilities, the president must also strive to possess academic and moral authority.
