摘要
在探讨高等教育资源的内涵及其基本特征的基础上对高等教育资源优化配置的必要性。
An analysis is presented in the paper regarding the connotation and basic features of higher educational resources and, on basis of this, a further exploration is made in terms of the necessity of optimal distribution of higher educational resources, the main factors involved and the conditions for such optimization.
