摘要
目的:观察射频消融术治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及患者的生存质量。方法:非小细胞肺癌行化疗加射频消融16例,单纯化疗18例,两组化疗方案均为卡铂加泰素蒂。比较两组一年期的临床疗效、生命质量评分。结果:射频消融组有效率(CR+PR)75％,优于化疗组44.4％(P<0.05);两组Ⅱ、Ⅲ期生命质量评分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌的射频治疗近期效果显著,能显著改善患者生存质量。
Objective: To observe preliminary result of radiofrequency ablation and survival quality in advanced NSCLC. Methods: 16 cases of advanced NSCLC underwent chemotherapy and radiofrequency ablation(RFA group), and 18 cases were treated by chemotherapy (chemotherapy group). The chemotherapeutics scheme was Taxotere and Carboplatin. The preliminary result and survival quality score of two groups were compared. Results: The CR+PR was 75% in RFA group, and 44.4% in chemotherapy group. The survival quality score in Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage was significantly differente between RFA group and Chemotherapy group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation in effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC and, can rise survival quality of the patient.
