摘要:介绍了一种基于IEC 61970通用信息模型的电网接线图绘制软件的设计方案。设计方案中的类定义基本参照IEC 61970 CIM中Core Package、Domain Package和Topological Package对对象属性和对象间关系的定义,并使用COM+技术为其他应用软件提供接口。按照本文所述方法开发的软件具有较强的通用性和规范性,可以灵活地应用于电力仿真系统、SCADA中的监视画面和调度员操作界面。
The design of graphic software for power network diagram based on the common information model (CIM) in IEC 61790 is presented in which the definition for the attributes of objects and those for the relations among the objects given by the Core Package, Domain Package and Topological Package about the CIM of IEC 61970 are basically referred to the definitions of most classes, and the COM+ technology is used to provide interfaces for other application software. The graphic software developed by the presented method possesses better versatility and normalization and can be applied to electric power simulation system as well as to the on-line monitoring diagram in SCADA and the operating interface for dispatchers.
