摘要 简单介绍了中红外波段变形GaAs AlGaAs圆柱微腔激光器的最新实验研制结果。并对其阈值电流、输出功率和远场特性进行了简单分析。 The new experimental results of investigations on deformed GaAs-AlGaAs microlasers emitting around λ=10 μm were presented and their interesting features regarding the threshold current densities, optical output, and far-field pattern were analyzed.
