摘要
本文报道了一种砂带接头专用粘合剂的研制结果。以有机硅异氰酸酯作硬段 ,聚醚作软段 ,合成聚氨酯预聚体 ;以芳香二胺作扩链剂 ,合成环氧树脂预聚体 ,再进行嵌段处理 ,得到高强度、高柔韧性的聚氨酯 -b -环氧嵌段树脂用于砂带接头的粘结 ,使接头的机械强度大于涂附磨具本身的机械强度 ,抗拉强度 2 9kN m。接头延伸率与涂附磨具本身趋于一致 ,延伸率为 4 5 %。接头厚度与砂带厚度基本一致 ,接头处厚度允差仅为 0 0 7mm。接头的柔韧性与砂带一致 ,裂纹宽度不超过砂带厚度的 1 5倍 ,达到国标要求 ,具有良好的应用前景。
This paper reports an adhesive especially for jointing abrasive belt. The polymer of polyurethane was synthesized by using organic silicon isocyanines as the hard block and polyether as the soft block;the polymer of epoxy resin was synthesized by using aromatic biamine. The polyurethane-b-epoxy block resin with high-strength and flexibility was prepared after blocking.The adhesive prepared as above guarantees the mechanical strength of the joint higher than that of the abrasive belt itself;the tensile strength is 29kN/m;the extensibility of the joint and the abrasive belt is reaching unanimity,which is 4.5%;the thickness of the joint is nearly the same with the belt. The thinkness tolerance of the joint is only 0.07mm;the flexibility of the joint is the same as the abrasive belt. The cracking width is less than 1.5 times the width of the belt.
