本论文从战略管理高度,探讨技术创新、技术进步和劳动生产率的关系,以史实揭示技术进步和劳动生产率作用方式的变化;探讨企业战略同企业效率与效益的关系;指出企业战略创新是提高效率与效益的保证;提出了长远的战略盈利目标以及它与效率、效益的关系;指出从战略盈利目标出发,增强科技投入是提高效率、效益的根本;通过实证研究与理论分析指出坚持技术进步,必须兼顾、协调多层次、多方面的技术工作;最后,阐明了竞争优势与技术创新战略的关系。

This paper discusses the relationhip between tech. innovation. tech. progress and productivity from the perspective of strategic management,exploring the change patern of the impact of tech. progress on productivity. The paper expresses the relation between strategic profit target and the performance and productivity. points out the importance of increasing R & D input.exploiting the necessity of coordination of tech. progress integrating with multi-aspect and portfolio of tech. innovations by investigation and theoretical analysis. Finally, the relation between competitive advantage and tech.innovation strategy is discussed.
