The Comparision on the Motives of M&A between China and Developed Countries and the Policy Choices by the Government

本文在分析相关文献的基础上 ,从一个独特的角度 ,对西方企业并购动机的主流理论与我国企业并购动因的现实情况两个方面进行了较系统的多层次比较分析。并在此基础上 ,结合我国体制转轨时期的特殊背景 ,探讨了我国企业并购的政策建议。

Based on the analysis of relative literatures of M&As,this paper contrasts the merger motives in China with thosein developed countries from a special perspective.Furthermore,it explores some policy choices on M&A in China.
