摘要
本文试图运用委托决策理论探讨企业内部承包的方法。在调查了人们权衡付出的劳动量与得到的报酬之间关系的行为方式后,本文分析了两种承包方法:分成法和承包基数法,并提出了确定有关参数的方法。文章最后证明了承包基数法对发包方更为有利。
As an application of delegated decision theory, this paper analyses internal contract methods of an enterprise. Surveying the individual attitude towards the tradeoff labor effort and payment, this paper analyses two types of contracts, Share method and Lump—sum figure contract method, and proposes approach to deferrnine the related parameters. As a conclusion, this paper shows that a party who calls for tenders will be better off under the lump—sum figure contract.
