摘要
当前,公安民警培训存在的问题主要有:培训目标定位不明确;教材内容滞后、缺乏层次;专业课教师缺乏公安实践经验。解决这些问题的措施有加强对民警培训的“层次性”研究、改进培训教材、改革教学内容和方法等等。
In current,the existential problems of police's training have indefinite training aims,theteaching material lacks unity and coherence,the teacher of specialized course lacks practical experienceabout police's work.Settled measures of this problems have reinforce study on the police's training,improvetraining teaching material,reform teaching content and method etc.
