有组织犯罪是国际社会面对的严重问题,也是我国维护政治安定和社会稳定必须正视的特殊犯罪现象。在中国社会转型时期,有组织犯罪有它产生的特定原国。中国加入WTO是社会转型的一个新的阶段,因此,寻求社会转型时期我国有组织犯罪的产生原因及防治对策,对于有效打击有组织犯罪,保障社会主义市场经济和精神文明的发展有重要的意义。
