摘要
为了对目前国家公务员录用考试中的行政职业能力倾向测验有效性有一个全面准确的了解 ,本研究依据现代心理测量理论 ,采用科学规范的实证研究方法 ,对行政职业能力倾向测验的效度进行了较为系统的研究 ,得到了一些有用的结论 ,为国家公务员录用考试的深化改革提供了较为全面的信息。
In order to have an overall and exact understanding of the effectiveness of the current administration occupational aptitude test,a systematic study of the validity of this test was conducted with the scientific and normative demonstration method based on the modern psychological measurement theory. Some useful conclusions were reached. Relatively complete information was provided about the deepened reform of the national civilian employment examination.
