Translators’ Education Should Be Further Linked with Market Demand

本文试对入世后我国翻译工作面临的问题进行深入思考,指出翻译教学与研究要进一步与市场需求相衔接,翻译教育工作者要用新的思维、新的观念和新的视角来审视和推动翻译事业的发展.

Reflecting on the issues faced with translation circles after WTO entry, the author points out that translation studies and education programs should be well oriented to market demand, and educators should employ new thinking, new ideology and new perspectives to watch with caution and promote the development of translation studies.
