加入WTO后,党的作风建设面临着新的机遇和挑战。一方面,拓展了党解放思想、实事求是的实践新境界,WTO的经济拉动力在一定程度上转化为党风建设的外部动力;另一方面,资产阶级意识形态和西方价值观对党的作风建设形成较大的冲击,同时WTO的运行在实践上对党风建设产生一定的张力。为此,必须始终毫不动摇地坚持马克思主义的指导地位,吸收世界优秀文化成果,加强廉政教育,使制度建设与党风建设有机结合起来。

The construction of Party conduct is faced with opportunities and challenges after China's accession to WTO. On the one hand, a new practical realm of truth seeking from facts and mind emancipation advocated by the Party will be ex-panded. The driving force of WTO in economy will, to some extent, be converted into exterior impetus in the construction of Party conduct. On the other hand, capitalist ideology of western values will impose considerable impact on the construction of Party conduct. And praetically, WTO during its function will generate certain tension on the construction of Party conduct. Therefor, we must unswerving and impregnably adhere to Marxist's directive footing, assimilate all excellent cultural fruits in the world and reinforce education for a clean and honest administration so as to achieve an organic integration of system construction and construction of Party conduct.
