摘要
通过对气候要素旱涝的谐波分析建立预测模型,对历史文献资料和现代观测资料进行了分级处理,采用C语言编程,将周期函数(旱涝序列)展开,是把一个比较复杂的周期运动,看成是许多不同频率的简谐振动的叠加。对旱涝气候进行预测并先后成功地预测了1995年、1997年的干旱和2003年的雨涝,效果良好。
Use in harmony wave is it set up model of predicting to analyse , observe to historical documents and materials and modernization materials is it punish in grades to go on, adopt the language programming of C, in last completion of the computer. (whether drought suffer from waterlogging array) cycle function, launch according to above-mentioned way, physics of it meaning very clear, regard a more complicated cycle sport as the superposing of simple vibration in harmony of a lot of different frequency.In the climate is predicted, use this method to launch the prediction of the key element of many kinds of climate. Use model this, aridity predicted 1995, 1997 to succeed in successively suffer from waterlogging with rain of 2003, command producing , strategic policy, offering scientific basis for the leaders at all levels in the flood prevention, fight a drought.
