华北地区节水农业标准初探

A Preliminary Inquiry into the standards for warer Economized Agriculture in the North China District

本文是总理基金课题“华北地区节水型农业技术体系研究与示范”的第四专题:“华北地区节水型农业分区与对策研究”中的一个研究内容,节水农业是在维持或提高农作物单产或总产的前提下,节约灌溉用水的农业。但是节水节到什么程度才算是节水衣业,国内外都没有一个可操作的标准,这就给华北地区发展节水型农业的宏观决策带来困难。本文通过研究,提出了一个包括效益指标、需水指标和工程指标三个层次的节水农业标准指标体系,并对由此出现的一些问题进行了讨论。

This discussion is a sub -topic among the fourth subject--'A Study of the Classification and Measures to be Taken in the Water Economized Agricultural Regions in the North China District',Which is one of the special subjects of the premier Foundation Sbuject-- 'A Study and a Demonstration of the Water Water Economized Agricultural Technical System in the North China District'. Water Economized Agriculture is the sort of agriculture that saves irrigation Water to retain or raise the unit and gross yields of farm crops. Never-thelss,how an agriculture is to be called water economized by saving water to what an extent, there has not been any standards set either in the country or abroad .capable for using in operation ;and thus, it has hindered the macrostrategic decision of the development of water economized agriculture in the North China District. Through the inquiry of this paper,a water economized agriculture quota system of three strata,including an efficiency quota,a water requirement quota and an engineering quota, has been put forward; and problems hence aroused has been also discussed.
