摘要
葡萄糖代谢是人体最基本的能量代谢,研究葡萄糖在人体中进行转运和能量代谢的内在规律,可以帮助我们对器官功能进行准确的评测,还可以为糖尿病和恶性肿瘤等疾病提供诊断和治疗方面的参考依据。目前以PET技术、18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)以及房室模型为基础的示踪动力学方法已作为糖代谢动力学研究的重要手段,被广泛应用和日益发展。本文介绍了国外在这一领域里的重要研究进展和主要研究方法以及在研究过程中所面临的若干问题。
Glucose metabolism is the most basic energy metabolism in human body. Research on the inherent law of glucose transport and glucose metabolism,may be helpful in evaluating organ function correctly. The techniques developed based on glucose metabolism also can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and malignant tumor. Nowadays,the method of tracer kinetics based on PET,2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose(FDG),and compartment model is widely used and developed,as the important tool in the kinetic study of glucose metabolism. In this article,the questions,main methods,and important improvements in this domain are summarized and reviewed.
