不同介质表面寡核苷酸固定化技术的研究

摘要 DNA微集阵列已广泛用于DNA测序、药物分析、基因表达等研究领域。在各种介质表面有效地固定DNA已成为该技术发展的瓶颈之一。本文对当前一些主要介质材料和寡核苷酸的固定过程进行综述。 DNA microarray has been applied to DNA sequencing,pharmaceuticals analysis,gene expression and so on. One of the key technologies is immobilizing DNA effeciently on modified surface. The main of support surfaces and the immobilization of DNA or Oligonucleotide are introduced in this article.
