摘要 生物人工肝是治疗暴发性肝衰的有效方法。所有的生物人工肝均含有肝细胞作为其生物组分。众多不同的细胞诸如猪肝、人肝细胞或细胞系均已应用,也研究了不同的培养方法,以期完善生物组分的活性。肝细胞的理想来源为永生化人肝细胞和人干细胞,但要做到成功地应用于生物人工肝则对这两种细胞的功能及安全性均应加以改进。 Bioartificial liver (BAL) is a therapeutic option for patients with fulminant hepatic failure. All BAL devices contain hepatocytes as their biological component. Many different cells including porcine,human hepatocytes or cell lines have been used and different culture methods have been studied to optimize the activity of the biological component. The optimal source for liver cells are immortalized human hepatocytes and human stem cells. However,both functionality and safety of these cells should be improved before successful use in BAL.
