摘要
对由 9.7tex丝绒 (真丝 85 % ,羊绒 15 % ) 80 .9%、2 0 /3 0 12F包芯纱 19.1%混纺而成的丝绒针织物进行前处理 ,需考虑精练时真丝的脱胶情况、羊绒的损耗及氨纶的弹性回复性 ,以及真丝、羊绒和尼龙包芯纱染色的同色性、尺寸稳定性和缩水率问题。文章就以上问题进行探讨 ,并总结多年的生产经验 。
Velvet knitted goods contains 80.9% 9.7tex velvet (silk 85%, cashmere 15%) and 19.1% 20/30 12F core spun yarn, its pretreatment needs to consider the factors such as the degumming of silk, damage to cashmere, elastic recovery of polyurethane, tone on tone effect among silk, cashmere and nylon core spun yarn, dimensional stability as well as shrinkage. Combined with practical experiences, the author puts forward the suitable recipe for solving the former problems.
