摘要
浓度、温度、时间是染整化学处理中的三大工艺要素 ,其中浓度除传统采用的工作液浓度和供应液浓度之外 ,应该确立对单位重量织物施加浓度的概念 ,因为后者才是工艺施加的目的。文中分析了染整工艺中的浓度、带液量与处理关系之间的几个概念问题 ,并就干布施加和湿布施加中的浓度计算作了阐述 。
Concentration, temperature and time are three fundamental elements in continuous dyeing and finishing process, the concentration can be expressed as operative solution concentration, supplying solution concentration, and concentration on the unit weight of the fabric as well, the latter is real concentration in the process. This paper details several concepts of different concentration and take up during dyeing and finishing, as well as the calculation method of concentration of fabric in dry and wet state respectively, several stable application routes are advanced.
