摘要
介绍轧染机 70 3还原蒸箱的优化改造 ,包括在箱体外敷涂保温材料、增加液封高度 ,改盘香管为 5 0 .8cm管径的生铁散热片等措施。由此解决了轧染生产过程中影响染色质量的不稳定因素 ,改善了产品质量 。
Optimization and renovation of vat ager of padder 703 include outer coating thermal retardation material, raising the height of liquid seal, cast iron cooling fins with 2 inch diameter instead of worm, therefore, unstable causes affecting dyeing quality in padding process are solved, product quality and heat efficacy are improved.
