循环水系统的不停车清洗和预膜

Cleaning and prefilming of circulation water system without stop working

根据本公司循环水系统的情况进行清洗预膜。化学清洗时用杀菌剂剥离黏泥,清洗剂,消泡剂清除水垢,在水中w(Ca2+)达204×10-6后,直接加预膜剂,历时36h,运行结果表明清洗预膜效果良好。

According to the circulation water system conditions in our company,cleaning and prefilming were carried out.When chemical cleaning,the slime was stripped of with bactericide,the incrustation was clear out with cleaning agent and antifoamer.When the w(Ca^(2+)) in water reaches 204×10^(-6),adding the prefilming agent directly.After 36 h,the results show that the cleaning and prefilming effects are good.
