对固定管板换热器膨胀节的失效,提出了3种修复方案,并给出了相应的更换膨胀节的方法,根据结构特点,选择第3方案———剖分组焊新膨胀节,使失效的换热器在不解体的情况下快速恢复使用功能。

For the losing efficacy of the fixed tubeplate heat exchanger expansion joint,three ovehaul plans were put forward,the corresponding methods of replacing the expansion joint were given.According to the structure character,the third plan that partly welding the new expansion joint,making the losing efficacy heat exchanger quickly regain the operation function without disintegrate was selected.
