摘要
介绍了神光Ⅲ光束远场诊断系统的基本组成 ,光学系统的工作原理 ,主要论述了光学系统的设计指标、设计思想、设计结果及其像质评价 研究表明 :利用离轴非球面反射镜能很好地实现强激光光束的取样、缩束和衰减 通过切换弯月形离轴非球面透镜可分别实现对基频。
The fundamental construction and the principle of far-field beam diagnosis system in Shen-Guang Ⅲ intense laser are introduced. The performance index, design ideas,and evaluation of the optical system are expounded. The laser beam sampling and attenuation is completed with an off-axis ellipsoidal mirror. The far-field diagnoses of its fundamental and three-order frequency parts are implemented by means of an off-axis aspheric lens.
