摘要
本文介绍了在火焰切割机数控系统中,用MCS-51单片机构成的YDG6光电纸带阅读机与GA16/220主控微机之间的智能接口。对其硬件电路和接口程序做了较详细的分析。实践表明,用单片机控制的这种智能接口,不但成本低、开发周期短,而且性能稳定可靠。
■ In the paper,the interface made of MCS-51 single chip microprocessor between YDG6 paper-tape reader and GA16/220 main computerin the CNC system for a flame cutting machine, is introduced.The hard-ware and software of the interface are analysed in, detail. By the practicalapplication, it is concluded that this interface controlled by MCS-51 is lowcost, quick to develop and reliable to work.
