摘要
除去贸易保护动机,绿色贸易壁垒也在相当程度上反映了进口国公众对环保的日益重视,体现了进口市场新兴的绿色需求。因此,从这种意义上说,中国出口产业链跨越绿色壁垒的过程,也是满足进口市场绿色需求的过程。在进口市场绿色需求的拉动下,出口产业链进行的根本性环保技术创新使产业链跃升到更高的技术轨道上,实现了产业链的跳跃式升级。本文结合中国制冷家电和纺织品服装两条产业链成功跨越绿色壁垒的实践过程,建立"需求拉动的产业链创新动态过程A U模型"来分析由绿色壁垒引致的中国出口产业链技术创新效应。
Apart from trade protective motive, Green Trade Barrier reflects, to some extent, the increasing awareness from the public in import country and embodies the rising green demand of import market. Therefore, in this way, the process in which China export industry chain crosses Green Barrier is also a process to meet the green demand of import market. With the pull of market green demand, the radical innovation in environmental protection technology of the export industry chain makes it leap to a higher technological level and realizes the leap-styled promotion. On the basis of the practice of two industry chains, i.e. China's refrigerant electrical appliance and textile costume industry chains, successfully crossing the green barrier, this paper is intended to analyze technological innovation effect of China's export industry chain resulted from green barrier by establishing 'the dynamic D-A-U model of technology innovation of industry chain'.
