大肠杆菌基因结构的统计分析

摘要 详细研究大肠杆菌蛋白质编码基因的结构特征.对已知功能基因的组分进行统计分析,结果表明大肠杆菌基因中各种单核苷酸、双核苷酸及密码子出现频率有很大差异,与终止密码子相关的组分出现的频率很低.这表明终止密码子在不同层次上限制基因组分的使用,是影响基因碱基分布的因素之一.此外,本文还对高表达基因密码子使用进行统计,发现其具有明显倾向性. Thestructureproperties of protein-codinggenes inE.coli genomehavebeenstudiedindetail.Thestatistical results show that the distributions of gene compositions, including single nucleotides, dinucleotides and codons, are asymmetric. The compositions associated with stop codons are constrained, it is one of factors that affects the base distribution in protein-coding genes. In addition, the codon usage in highly expressed genes is different from that in other genes.
