摘要
介绍了汽车燃油泵的结构特点及工作原理.针对燃油泵永磁直流电动机效率偏低的现象,在电动机整体电磁设计的基础上,通过优化选择电枢绕组导线、采用组合磁极等措施,提高了电动机的效率.给出了电磁设计的结果.
The structural character and principle of motor fuel delivery pump is presented. Aiming at the low effi- ciency phenomena, based on whole electromagnetic design, the efficiency of motor is improved through optimize electing lead of armature, adopting assorted pole and so on. The electromagnetism calculation is given.
