摘要
针对在压铸薄壁筒形零件时 ,零件产生翘曲变形、拉裂拉断现象进行分析 ,对模具设计和压铸工艺提出了相应的解决方案 ,介绍了压铸薄壁筒形零件时 ,在模具未开模时先用油缸抽拔型芯 ,待完全克服了铸件对型芯的包紧力后再开模 ,延时拖动滑块型芯 ,使零件完整地停留在动模内,解决了零件拉裂、拉断和变形等问题。这种模具结构和油缸二次抽芯方式对薄壁筒形类零件的压铸有广泛的借鉴意义。
An analysis is made on the thin-wall cylinder parts being pulled and broken and distorted while formed by die-casting.The measure for solving the problem in the design of the die and die-casting process is proposed.In forming thin-wall cylinder parts by die-casting,core-pulling by oil cylinder is made before die opening,and die opening cannot be done until the packaging force to the core fades away.Delayed pulling of the slide core leaves the cylinder part fully in the movable half of the die,so that the problem of the thin-wall cylinder parts being pulled and broken and distorted is solved.This structure of the die-casting die and the method of twice core-pulling can serve as a reference widely in die-casting of thin-wall cylinder parts.
