介绍了2种在普通压力机上进行轴杆类卧式镦锻的浮动模结构 ,卧式镦锻模适用于长径比较大的轴杆类零件的成形。论述了2种实用卧式镦锻模的结构形式和工作过程 ,其特点是采用轴向对分浮动凹模结构 ,锻件无飞边。
Two structures of the floating die for horizontally upsetting axis and shaft parts on ordiˉnary presses are introduced.The horizontal upsetting die is suitable for forming axis and shaft parts with a great length-diameter ratio.The structure and working process of the two practical horizontal upsetting dies are stated.The specialty of the dies is the adoption of the axially split floating cavity plate.The forgings have no flash.
