电厂凝结水泵变频调节方式的经济性分析 被引量:12

Economical analysis of controlling modes for condensate pump in power plant

摘要 提出了一种基于变频调速技术的凝结水泵调节改进方案,并同节流方式进行了技术经济性比较分析,结果表明,变速调节方式虽然初期投资高,但无论是机组在基本负荷还是变负荷工况下运行的经济性和安全性都很高,节能效果显著,可快速回收项目投资,具有很好的应用前景。 The development and trend of variable-frequency variable-speed technology were introduced briefly.An improvement plan of control mode for condensate pump based on variable-frequency variable-speed technology was put forward and an economical comparative analysis was carried out on the mentioned control mode and the throttling control mode.The result showed that although the initial investment of the variable-speed control mode is high,its economical and security performance are both excellent while operating with basic load and changing loads.With remarkable energy-saving effect the project investment can be withdrawn in a short term,which ensures a promising application prospect to the plan.
