七年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉科学教学体系的改革与思考

Discussion on the reform of seven-year clinical medical education on otolaryngology

目的 针对高等医学院校七年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉科学教学中的难点及矛盾,探讨系统的教学体系改革。方法 建立了七年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉教学体系改革方案,并在97、99级两届七年制临床医学专业教学中进行了实施。结果 耳鼻咽喉教学体系改革方案的实施取得了良好的效果,学生成绩及能力有明显提高,教学督导组及管理干部评价极高。结论 新的耳鼻咽喉科学教学体系较好地解决了耳鼻咽喉科学中的教学矛盾与困难,对临床医学教学改革以及八年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉科学教学体系安排具有较大的借鉴价值。

In order to improve the present system of seven year medical education on otolaryngology,a reform plan was constructed and then tried out in the years of 1997 and 1999, respectively.Subsequently, the evaluation of the implementation of the plan revealed promising results in the improvedquality of students. The innovative approach is believed to effectively addressing the issues anddifficulties existing in the present system. The experience learned from this trial can add vales to thefuture improvement and reform of the medical education. '
