鸡蛋清加红外线照射用于大便失禁所致褥疮的疗效观察

Effect of egg albumen combined with infrared ray irradiation to treat patients with bedsore induced by fecal incontinence

[目的 ]观察鸡蛋清涂擦治疗大便失禁所致褥疮的疗效。[方法 ]选择大便失禁所致Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度褥疮病人 84例 ,随机分组 ,实验组给予鸡蛋清外涂加红外线照射 ,对照组采用双料喉风散加红外线照射 ,观察愈合时间和治疗 5d的有效率。 [结果 ]实验组Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度褥疮愈合时间明显短于对照组 ,5d的有效率实验组为10 0 % ,对照组分别为 48.0 %和3 6.8% ,两组相比 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]鸡蛋清加红外线照射用于大便失禁所致的褥疮 ,效果优于双料喉风散加红外线照射法。

Objective: to observe on the effect of egg albumen applying on bedsore induced by fecal incontinence. Method: a total of 84 patients with bedsore induced by fecal incontinence of second or third degree were selected and divided randomly into test and control groups. Patients in test group were given egg albumen applying combined with infrared ray irradiation. While patients in control group were given Shuangliaohoufeng powder combined with infrared ray irradiation. Indexes including bedsore healing time and effective rate five days after the therapy of both group patients were observed. Result: either second or third degree bedsore healing time of test group patients were shortened remarkably compared with that of control group. The effective rate within 5 days after therapy in test group patients was 100% and 48.0%,36.8% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: the effect of egg albumen applying combined with infrared ray irradiation is superior to that of Shuangliaohoufeng powder combined with infrared ray irradiation in the treatment of fecal incontinence induced bedsore.
