摘要
本文首次报道了PMT光子计数系统光电特性的反常现象,介绍了观测与研究其反常效应的实验装置与方法,给出了相应的实验结果,并就PMT阳极电压、入射光波长、偏振特性等对反常效应的影响进行了初步的实验研究。
This article has reported the abnormal phenomenon on photoelectric characteris-
tics of PMT photon counting system for the first time. The two physical quantities (i. e. ab-
normal position R_(iz) and abnormal depth ΔR_(sh) for the describing of abnormal effect are de-
fined, the experimental apparatus and method for observation and study of the abnormal ef-
fect on photoelectric characteristics of PMT photon counting system are introduced, the ef-
fects of PMT anode voltage, wavelength and polarization feature of incidence light on abnor-
mal position R_(iz) and abnormal depth ΔR_(sh) are studied experimently.
