摘要
在常压下研究了一甲基三氯硅烷与三甲基氯硅烷歧化制备二甲基二氯硅烷的反应 ,得出先通入后者与催化剂作用有利于提高主产物的产量 .
The redistribution of chlorotrimethyl and trichloromethyl silane has been studied experimentally. It has found that the art of inverting chlorotrimethylsilane to the tube containing catalyst would be better to improve the yield of dichlorodimethylsilane. And the best operating conditions are also gained.
