虚拟仪器在发电机绝缘检测中的应用

摘要 虚拟仪器由通用的仪器硬件模块和计算机软、硬件组成 .利用超声法检测发电机定子主绝缘状态 ,可以较好地重复评估发电机定子的可靠运行年数 .将虚拟仪器技术应用到程序的编制当中 ,具有界面直观 ,编程方便 ,实用性强和智能化程度高等优点 . Virtual instrument (VI) is composed of universal instrument hardware modules,computer hardware and software. Ultrasonic pulse-echo technique is used for the monitoring of the insulation condition of the generator stator,so as to assess the service life of the generator stator with high reliability. The virtual instrument technology is applied in the programming,with good interface,easiness in programming as well as powerful practicability and higher intelligence.
