禤国维教授认为,银屑病发病多由内外合邪所致,血燥为本,瘀毒为标,而血瘀则贯穿银屑病发病全过程。临床辨治银屑病以养血润燥、凉血解毒、化瘀通络为法,自拟银屑灵片(由生地黄、当归、赤芍、川芎、紫草、莪术、金粟兰、土茯苓、乌梅、甘草等组成)用于治疗血虚风燥型银屑病疗效确切。

Prof. XUAN's experience on the treatment of psoriasis was introduced.
