中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞36例疗效观察

Treatment of Retinal Vein Obstruction by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: An Observation of 36 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例,对照组34例。2组均口服阿司匹林、地巴唑,静脉滴注血栓通注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用活血化瘀中药汤剂(基本方组成:丹参、枳实、三七、生地黄、泽兰、牛膝、牡丹皮、茜草、蝉蜕)。结果:总有效率治疗组为80.76%,对照组为52.00%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法治疗视网膜静脉阻塞比单用西药疗效好。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for retinal vein ob-struction (RVO) . Methods: 70 cases of RVO were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the treatment group (36 cases) and control group (34 cases) . Aspirin and bendazol for oral use and Injection Xueshuantong for intravenous drip were given for both groups, Chi-nese herbal drugs with activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Aurantii Im-maturus, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Rehmanniae, Herba Lycopi, Radix Achyrantis Bidentatae, Cortex Moutan, Radix Rubiae and Pe-riostracum Cicadae) were added for the treatment group. Results: The total effective rate was 80.76% and 52.00% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Therapy of TCM combined with WM for RVO is better than that of WM alone.
