摘要
从汽轮机能量平衡的角度出发,对汽轮机相对内效率两种定义方法进行了分析。然后,通过计算分析了回热抽汽量、轴封漏汽量以及汽轮机通流部分状态变化对两种相对内效率的影响,指出在回热抽汽量及门杆和轴封漏汽量较大的变化范围内,其对两种相对内效率定义值的影响均可以忽略。而且,两种定义方法得到的汽轮机相对内效率又都能反映汽轮机通流部分的运行状态,从而说明二者在物理意义上的等价性。同时指出,在相对内效率监测及热力试验中,应该采用测量方法比较简单的汽轮机相对内效率概念并给出了具体的计算方法。
Firstly, two defining methods of relative internal efficiency for steam turbine are analyzed from energy equilibrium. Secondly, through calculating and analyzing the effects of the regenerating extraction, the sealing leakage and the operating condition of flow path in steam turbine on relative internal efficiency, that the effect value of two sort of relative internal efficiency may omit in a large changing range was point out. Furthermore, both of relative internal efficiency from different defining method can embody the operating condition of flow path in steam turbine, so they are equivalent in physics meaning. Finally, the relative internal efficiency with easily measured method should be adopted in monitoring relative internal efficiency or thermal test of steam turbine. And the detailed calculating method is given in this paper.
