摘要
目的建立并分析卡氏肺孢子虫包囊的形态学数据和参数。方法使用计算机图像分析系统测量卡氏肺孢子虫包囊的长径、短径、周长及等效直径,计算其面积、体积、圆球度及成熟包囊数量等数据。结果包囊长径最大值为8.31μm,最小值为2.31μm;包囊短径最大值为6.30μm,最小值为1.69μm;包囊周长最大值为25.43μm,最小值为6.83μm;包囊面积最大值为38.53μm2,最小值为3.36μm2;包囊体积最大值为164.73μm3,最小值为4.64μm3。结论卡氏肺孢子虫包囊形态学数据和参数的建立为量化及评价虫体的形态奠定了基础。
Objective To establish and analyze the morphological data and refe rence parameters of the Pneumocystis carinii cysts. Methods The long diameter,s hort diameter, perimeter and equivalent diameter of Pneumocystis carinii cysts w ere measured by computer image analysis system. The sphere grade, area and volum e of cysts and numbers of mature cysts were calculated. Result The long diameter range from 8.31μm to 2.31μm;short diameter range from 6.30μm to 1.69μm;vo lume range from164.73μm3 to 4.64μm3. Conclusion The morphological data and par ameters of Pneumocystis carinii cysts are potentially useful for evaluating its morphology.
