摘要 目的本研究以SCL-90等调查结果,分析民航飞行员的心理健康状况,并为今后进一步的相关研究奠定基础。方法采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),以某航空公司现役飞行员和非特殊工种地勤人员为调查对象,测量他们的心理健康状况。结果民航现役飞行员SCL-90得分比地勤人员略差,其中睡眠和饮食因子分差异有统计学意义。30岁以下的飞行员焦虑因子得分高于30岁以上的飞行员(P<0.05);副驾驶的SAS分和SCL-90中敌对、偏执因子分比机长高(P<0.05);飞行时间在1000~3000h之间的飞行员SCL-90总分、强迫、睡眠和饮食、躯体、抑郁、精神病性因子得分高于飞行时间1000h以下和3000h以上的飞行员(P<0.05)。结论应重视民航飞行员在不同时期、不同阶段的心理卫生问题,开展心理咨询,加强对他们的心理卫生保健工作。 Objectives This article mainly used the symptom checklist 90(scl- 90) to analyze the mental health of active civil pilots. The result would provid e some information for further related studies. Method We used the symptom check list 90(scl-90) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) to measure mental health o f civil pilots in major airlines of China and some non-special trade ground peo ple. Results The mental health of our civil pilots on active service was a littl e worse than the ground support team, but as a whole the differences were very s mall. Pilots tended to have more problems in thespect of sleep and diet. A furth er analysis of the pilots mental health status showed that ages over 30 were b etter than those of below 30. Captains were better than first officers, with a s ignificant difference of hostility and paranoid. Pilots with 1000~3000 flying h ours were much worse than those whose flying hours above 3000 or below 1000 hour s, with a significant difference of obsessive-compulsive additional items SCL- 90 score. Conclusion Airlines medical department urgently need to concern the pi lots mental health at different period and to provide mental health counseling to strength their mental health condition.
