广州市东山、越秀区居民肥胖与高血压关系分析

Relationship between Obesity and Hypertension in Dongshan and Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City

目的探讨广州市东山、越秀区居民肥胖与高血压的关系。方法根据2002年广东省居民营养与健康状况调查方案,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,随机抽取广州市东山、越秀区常住居民,体检获取身高、体重、腰围、血压值,并对资料进行描述性分析。结果两个区居民超重率男性为33.3%(标化率26.66%),女性为28.4%(标化率21.91%);肥胖率男性为6.7%(标化率6.4%),女性为7.2%(标化率5.09%);标化超重率、标化肥胖率男、女性间差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05);男女性的平均收缩压、舒张压均随着体重指数的上升而上升(r男收缩压=0.751,r男舒张压=0.547,r女收缩压=0.801,r女舒张压=0.587,P<0.01);男女性的高血压患病率随着体重指数的上升而上升(趋势χ2男=30.32,趋势χ2女=121.32,P<0.01);男女性腹部肥胖组的平均收缩压、舒张压及高血压患病率均高于腰围正常组(P<0.01)。结论超重和肥胖与高血压有关联,是高血压的重要影响因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between obesity and hyperten sion in Dongshan and Yuexiu districts of Guangzhou. Methods According to the Gua ngdong Province Nutrition and Health Status Survey in 2002, samples were collect ed from citizens living in Dongshan and Yuexiu district by multiple random clust er sampling method. Their blood pressure, body weight, body height, waistline we re measured. Correlation between hypertension and obesity were analyzed. Results In Dongshan and Yuexiu district, prevalence of over weight was 33.3%for male ( standardized prevalence, 26.66%) and 28.4%for female (standardized prevalence, 21.91%). Prevalence of obesity was 6.7%for male (standardized prevalence, 6.4 %) and 7.2%for female (standardized prevalence, 5.09%). The differences of ov er weight and obesity between male and female were not significant. The means of SBP and DBP increased with body mass index in both male and female (rsbp male=0 .751, rdbp male=0.547; rsbp female=0.801, rdbp female=0.587, P< 0.01), and simil ar trend was also observed for the prevalence of hypertension (χ2 trend male=30 .32, χ2 trend female=121.32, P< 0.01). Means of DBP and SBP and prevalence of h ypertension in both male and female were higher in individuals with fat waistlin e than those with normal waistline. Conclusion Hypertension was correlated with over weight and obesity. Over weight and obesity could affect the blood pressure .
