急性胰腺炎患者的病情观察及健康教育

Observation of the Acute Pancreatitis Symptoms and Health Education of the Patients

目的提高急性胰腺炎患者的治愈率,改善患者的生活质量。方法对89例急性胰腺炎患者进行临床观察及健康教育,严密观察病情变化,制定一套合理的健康教育措施进行健康宣教。结果通过对89例急性胰腺炎患者的病情观察及健康教育,使他们了解急性胰腺炎的病因及症状,增加其健康知识、改变暴饮暴食的不良生活习惯,积极配合治疗与护理,有效促进了患者的康复和预防急性胰腺炎的复发,取得满意效果。结论通过对患者进行病情观察及实施健康教育,使患者接受更多有关疾病知识,培养了患者健康自理能力,以适应各种外环境,从而在提高治疗效果方面取得了显著疗效。

Objective To increase cure rate of acute pancreatitis, and to impr ove their quality of life. Methods 89 cases of acute pancreatitis were under clo sely observation of their state of an illness and provided with health education . A suitable health education programme for these patients was set and implement ed. Results Through observation and education of 89 cases of acute pancreatitis, the patients understood the cause and symptom of this disease. Changing of the engorgement habit, cooperate with treatment and nursing, can advance healing eff ect and prevent the recurrent of the disease. Conclusion Through close observati on and health education of the patients, can reduce their suffering of acute pan creatitis; improve their capability of self-care and adaptation to the environm ent, thus to improve the treatment and curing efficacy.
