摘要 不孕患者在控制性超促排卵过程中卵巢的反应是影响体外受精-胚胎移植结局的关键之一。在进行超促排卵前正确预测卵巢的反应有助于选择合理的治疗方案,调整用药剂量,提高成功率。为此,临床上采用了众多的反映卵巢功能的指标,包括卵泡刺激素、雌激素、抑制素及B超等,但是临床上对这些指标的预测价值看法不一。
