痔环形吻合器的临床应用(附31例报告)

Clinical application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in hemorrhoids(a report of 31 cases)

目的 探讨痔环形吻合器的临床应用价值。方法 利用特制的环形吻合器对 16例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环形脱垂性内痔 ,8例轻度直肠粘膜脱垂 ,6例轻度直肠粘膜内套叠并直肠前膨出及 1例直肠良性狭窄患者进行手术治疗。结果 31例患者中 ,除 1例术后 2月复发外 ,余手术效果均基本满意。术后痔块回缩明显 ,排便不畅等异常感觉明显消失。随访 3～ 31个月 ,无肛门狭窄、大便失禁等发生。结论 痔环形切除吻合器不但在治疗严重脱垂性痔方面 ,具有手术操作简单、患者痛苦少、恢复快、复发率低、并发症少等优点 ,而且在治疗轻度直肠粘膜脱垂、轻度直肠粘膜内套叠合并直肠前膨出及直肠良性狭窄等疾病 ,亦有良好效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)for hemorrhoids.Methods 16 cases of III and IV circular prolapsed internal hemorrhoids,8 cases of slight rectal mucosa prolapse,6 cases of slight rectal mucosa invagination complicated with rectocele and 1 cases with benign stricture of rectum were applied with PPH.Results All 31 cases were satisfactorily operated except that 1 recurred 2 months later following operation.All discomforts disappeared obviously.3-31 months follow-up did not find anal stenosis and fecal incontinence.Conclusion PPH is simple to operate in treating severe prolapsed hemorrhoids,with fewer complications,quicker recovery and lower recurrence rate,which can obtain satisfactory effect in treating slight rectal mucosa prolapse,slight rectal mucosa invagination complicated with rectocele and benign stricture of rectum.
