试述脑卒中偏瘫的针灸治疗及疗效评价

针灸治疗脑卒中运动功能障碍有显著的疗效 ,但是疗效评定标准不统一 ,影响了针灸走向世界和学术交流。以残损—活动能力—社会参与为模式的整体评价体系 ,作为针灸临床脑卒中偏瘫的疗效标准 。

Acupuncture is good for therapeutic effect on apoplexy dyskinesia,however,people have different standards for the curative effect and evaluation of apoplexy hemiplegia,and it has influenced acupuncture using in other place of the world and science intercommunion.The model of the whole evaluation system is injury-ability of activity-ability of community tat sould be taken as effect evaluation standard for clinical apoplexy hemiplegia and treated by acupuncture,and understanding of the nature that combined the modern medical on apoplexy hemiplegia.I am sure that acupuncture medicine should be well developed.
