摘要
本文提出了AES法测定粉末状的矿物和岩石中低量和痕量元素分析准确度的改进方法,采用自然标准代替人工模拟合成的标准。实验表明,系统误差得到了降低,分析准确度明显提高。严格控制分析条件和使用具有自动调焦和扣除背景的微机控制的测微光度计,AES法的分析准确度可进一步提高,并接近AAS和ICP-AES方法的准确度。
A method for improving the analytical accuracy of low and trace elements in powder mineral and rock samples by AES method has been developed. The synthetic standard is replaced by natural standard. It is shown by experiments that the systematic error of powder samples by AES method was reduced and the accuracy was increased obviously.It is possible to further improve the accuracy of AES mehtod to approach that of AAS or ICP-AES method by strictly controlling analytical conditions and using computer-controlled microphotometer with the function of auto-controlled focus and background correction.
